My name is Betty Roberts, and I was born in Southern California and have 31 years in both the mortgage finance industry as well as residential, commercial, and agricultural real estate.
I began my career in private money lending, negotiating, and preparing notes and deeds of trusts, and structuring some very complexed loan transactions, to a successful close. I worked as a senior Loan Processor in the multifamily loan division for a large bank in Sherman Oaks, California where I gained a competitive edge and the confidence in my experience to open and operate my own successful Mortgage Company in Irvine and Riverside California. In addition to my experience, I studied social and criminal justice for three years at Ashford University.
